About Gundam Stamen
The RX-78GP03 belongs to the secret Gundam Development Project undertaken by the Earth Federation and Anaheim Electronics. In Stardust Memory, Kou Uraki becomes associated with this experimental machine as the conflict with the Delaz Fleet develops. The full GP03 concept combines a mobile suit with the large Orchis armed platform.
Stamen is the mobile suit component of that combination. Its folding equipment reflects its place within a much larger weapons system, while its own humanoid form remains recognisable as a Gundam. This MG kit concentrates on that mobile suit and its mechanisms, rather than reproducing the complete Dendrobium platform.
