Build one of Gundam's most distinctive silhouettes with the Bandai MG Turn A Gundam in 1/100 scale. Based on the mobile suit from Turn A Gundam, this Master Grade model kit recreates the curved armour, slim limbs and unmistakable moustache-like head detail of the WD-M01. It is a kit to assemble yourself, rather than a finished action figure.
Bandai developed this model as the 100th entry in the MG series. Its engineering brings the original design into three dimensions, including the structures of the thruster vanes in the legs. These details give the rear of the model a distinctive appearance and provide more to explore than the familiar front silhouette alone.
The chest hatch opens and closes, and both white and blue versions of the cross-shaped chest part are included. The dedicated beam rifle, shield and hammer offer different display options: choose a rifle-equipped stance, emphasise the shield or give the model a more unusual silhouette with the hammer. The weapons help you change the character of your display without changing the mobile suit itself.
A 1/100-scale Loran Cehack figure and a small cow figure are also included. These miniature additions connect the machine to the people and everyday life of its series, rather than presenting it only as a weapon. About Turn A Gundam
In Turn A Gundam, Loran Cehack discovers an ancient mobile suit as conflict develops between Earth's inhabitants and the Moonrace. The machine becomes a crucial means of protecting the people around him, while Loran's ties to both sides make his role more complicated than that of a conventional battlefield pilot.
That contrast between an imposing machine and a pilot seeking understanding is part of the appeal of Turn A. The kit's Loran and cow miniatures echo the series' attention to ordinary life, making them fitting companions for a model whose appearance stands apart from many other Gundam designs.
