Hasbro G3299 G.I. Joe Classified Series #216 Arctic Assault H.I.S.S. and Arctic Assault H.I.S.S. Driver equips Cobra for cold-weather operations. The set combines a specially decorated High Speed Sentry vehicle with a matching 6-inch-scale driver figure, translating the familiar Cobra armour into an arctic colour scheme with premium detailing.
The vehicle measures approximately 19.6 inches long, 12.6 inches high and 9 inches wide. Its functioning wheels drive moving treads and rotating sprockets, giving the chassis mechanical presence even when it is displayed at rest. A gull-wing polarised canopy opens to reveal a single-seat cockpit with an articulated joystick and throttle.
A 360-degree rotating turret, poseable cannons and a missile array let you change the direction and elevation of the vehicle’s armament. The rear cargo bay includes a jump seat for troop transport and a rack for weapon accessories. These interactive features make the set a centrepiece within the G.I. Joe Classified Series rather than a static vehicle shell.
The Arctic Assault H.I.S.S. has a narrower single-seat silhouette than the G.I. Joe Snow C.A.T., yet it retains space for cargo and an additional trooper in the rear. It belongs with other G.I. Joe vehicles and gives Cobra collectors a display option built around snow warfare, mechanised patrols and troop deployment.

About the Arctic Assault H.I.S.S.
The H.I.S.S., short for High Speed Sentry, is one of Cobra’s signature armoured vehicles in the G.I. Joe universe. Its elevated cockpit, tracked base and turreted weapons give it a distinctive profile, while specialised variants adapt the design for different missions. This Arctic Assault version imagines the vehicle and its driver operating in frozen environments, where the pale camouflage and enclosed cockpit suit Cobra’s campaign against G.I. Joe in snowbound terrain.
