Ultramarines Blue

Give miniature armour a rich blue finish with Citadel Colour Contrast Ultramarines Blue. This 18 ml / 0.6 fl oz pot is a Contrast paint intended for use over a light undercoat.

The translucent formula flows into recesses while tinting raised surfaces, helping create shade and colour variation in a single application. It is especially suitable for blue power armour, cloth and other strongly defined details.

For the best result, shake the pot thoroughly, use a suitable brush and let the paint settle naturally rather than repeatedly working it as it dries. Thin coats can be built up where a deeper blue is desired.

Why this item stands out

The product image confirms the Contrast version. Retail sources list conflicting EANs for different packaging runs, so no barcode has been added without a definitive match to this pot.
