TF-Robots opens a new online store

Since starting TF-Robots from our attic in 2015, we have grown considerably every year. Step by step, we have expanded our range, and over the years we have had the pleasure of helping many loyal customers find great Transformers, action figures, and other collectibles.

We have now reached the point where we have outgrown our old e-commerce platform. That is why we have built a completely new TF-Robots store using Shopify. The new store allows us to serve you better. It is faster, easier to use, and gives us more opportunities to continue improving our service.

Our new store is available at TF-Robots.com. In time, this domain will replace TF-Robots.nl.

 We are very happy about this change. At the same time, we understand that the transition may temporarily cause some inconvenience. That is why we have answered the most important questions below.

Do I need to create a new account on TF-Robots.com?

 Yes. If you were already a customer of TF-Robots.nl, you will need to create a new account on TF-Robots.com. Unfortunately, it was not possible for us to transfer existing customer accounts to the new store. This also means that your order history from TF-Robots.nl will not be visible in your new TF-Robots.com account.

Are all products already available on TF-Robots.com?

Yes. All products are available and can be ordered through TF-Robots.com. However, we are still working on completing every product page. As a result, some products may not yet include all information, such as images or a detailed product description. This does not affect their availability: you can still order these products as usual.

Can I still order from TF-Robots.nl?

Yes, you can continue ordering from our old TF-Robots.nl store for the time being. Any products you have already ordered will, of course, still be delivered. Please note that we will soon start adding new products exclusively to TF-Robots.com. TF-Robots.nl will eventually be discontinued.

Can I redeem my loyalty points in the new store?

 Yes, but they cannot be transferred automatically. Would you like to use your TF-Robots.nl loyalty points on TF-Robots.com? Send us an email, and we will convert your points into a discount code that you can use in the new store. Please note that loyalty points from TF-Robots.nl are valid through December 31, 2026. After this date, they can no longer be redeemed. For the time being, we will not offer a loyalty points program in our new store.

Can I use my TF-Robots.nl gift card on TF-Robots.com

Yes, but this cannot be done automatically either. Do you have a TF-Robots.nl gift card that you would like to use on TF-Robots.com? Contact us, and we will convert it into a voucher for the new store.

Will the shipping rates and delivery times change?

No. We have a new website, but TF-Robots remains the same company. Our shipping rates and delivery times will remain unchanged.

Will my warranty remain valid?

Of course. The warranty on products purchased through TF-Robots.nl will remain valid. Even after the move to TF-Robots.com, you can still contact us if there is an issue with your order.
