The Bandai 1/100 MG XXXG-01D Gundam Deathscythe EW model kit recreates the stealth-oriented mobile suit from New Mobile Report Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz in Master Grade form. Its black, white, grey and red armour, pointed shoulders and wing-like rear silhouette give the completed model the distinct profile designed by Hajime Katoki.
The articulated XXX-G internal frame supports stable standing, crouching and sweeping attack poses. Deathscythe’s Beam Scythe has a detachable clear beam blade and can be held in both hands, while the Buster Shield opens at the front and accepts its own clear beam-effect part. The kit also includes foil stickers, marking seals, Gundam decals and an illustrated assembly manual; painting and glue are not required for basic assembly.

Once assembled, the articulation and separate equipment make it possible to move between a restrained technical display and a more dramatic action pose. Colour separation is created primarily through moulded parts, with the included stickers reserved for smaller accents. Builders can therefore obtain a recognisable result directly from the box and still have room for panel lining, detail painting or weathering if they want a more individual finish.
