The Bandai 1/144 HG Gundam Sandrock Custom EW model kit captures the upgraded Sandrock seen in New Mobile Report Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz. Its white, grey and navy armour is framed by a large protective cloak, while the paired Heat Shotels create the curved twin-blade silhouette associated with Quatre Raberba Winner’s mobile suit.
A new series frame provides broad shoulder movement so the Heat Shotels can be crossed, raised or swung in two-handed poses. Clear red parts depict the blades in their heated state, while the standard blade parts support a calmer display. The soft-material cloak follows the figure more naturally than a rigid shell and can be opened around the arms, preserving movement for defensive or attacking scenes.
Pair this kit with other releases from the Gundam High Grade range, or explore more mobile suits across our wider Gundam collection. Once assembled, the articulation and separate equipment make it possible to move between a restrained technical display and a more dramatic action pose. Small changes to the torso angle, foot placement and weapon position expose different panel lines and layered armour details while keeping the machine’s recognisable silhouette clear.
Colour separation is created primarily through moulded parts, with the included stickers reserved for smaller accents. Builders can therefore obtain a recognisable result directly from the box and still have room for panel lining, detail painting or weathering if they want a more individual finish.

About 1/144 HG Gundam Sandrock Custom EW
Gundam Sandrock is piloted by Quatre Raberba Winner in the Gundam Wing universe. The mobile suit is designed for close combat and command support, with paired Heat Shotels serving as its signature weapons. The Custom EW appearance combines those blades with a cloak that suits desert operations and the more dramatic Endless Waltz presentation. This HG kit reflects Quatre’s measured fighting style: protective when guarding allies, but capable of decisive twin-blade attacks when the formation moves forward.
